Evans Ufeli Esq is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Principal Partner, The Chambers of Evans Ufeli, a Policy and Development Attorney with a special interest in Litigation, Tax Consulting, Human Rights, Secured Credit Transactions, Energy Resources Law, Maritime and Company Law.
Evans is a Public Affairs Analyst with considerable experience in International Business Law, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Corporate Law, and Jurisprudence.
Barrister Evans had his formative years at the Airforce Base, Port-Harcourt, Kaduna, and Lagos before he discovered Etua – his hometown in
Delta State, Nigeria. He studied at the University of Jos, the Lagos State University, The Nigeria Law School, and at the Writers’ Bureau,
Manchester England.
He is a writer with a
a strong craving for a better society. He is the convener, Cadrell Advocacy Centre – a non-governmental organization that provides Legal support for indigent citizens.
Evans is the presenter, ForDMasses on the radio. He is the chairman of Wise Edge International and he sits on the board of companies in Nigeria and across West Africa.
He is the author of the Gathering of the Tribes which underscore the socio-political unrest of the African continent. It addresses the unjust leadership construct, economic injustice, and social inequalities in Africa with its numerous challenges, particularly as it relates to the distribution of the commonwealth of its inhabitants
He is currently a Research Fellow on Energy and Maritime Law at the University of Lagos, Nigeria
